About This Course

This course is a totally new approach to practice management and has been developed by Andy Rosenfarb, L.Ac.  Until now, most practice management, marketing and business approaches to the area of Acupuncture Practice Management have been futile attempts to teach you the best ways to market and manage your practice. These systems generally work from the outside-in, focusing on the “most effective marketing strategies.”  Based on his experience, these strategies are generally ineffective, wasting your precious time and money.

Andy's system takes an Eastern holistic approach to Practice Management and asserts that prosperity comes from the inside-out.  The basic idea is that all marketing strategies can either be useful (or useless).  In other words, you need to align your mental attitude with your personal actions - if you want to succeed in clinical practice.  Once your mind is clear you can focus on results, and your communications skills become highly effective. Specific marketing methods become insignificant, as YOU become your greatest businesses-marketing tool.

About The Instructor

Andy Rosenfarb, LAc, studied acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine.  He continued his post-graduate studies at Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hangzhou, China.  Andy is National Board Certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by the NCCAOM, and is state licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.

Andy has consulted many novice and seasoned practitioners on all aspects of practice management.  He is also co-founder of Acupuncture Business School, dedicated to helping OM practitioners thrive.  In order to create this material, Andy spent years learning from the world’s most successful business consultants, self-help gurus, and successful OM practitioners. 

Andy's philosophy about learning how to succeed is simple- learn from those who are producing results!  He is personally enjoying the results of a thriving, profitable, energetic and compassionate practice.  Andy currently maintains a busy practice as Clinical Director of Acupuncture Health Associates, in Westfield and Watchung New Jersey.
